The descriptor 'nature coast' for the Eurobodalla is certainly no misnomer, for it is a place of resplendent natural beauty on land, from the air, on sea, or under the sea.
The name 'Eurobodalla' is derived from a local Koori word meaning Land of Many Waters - for that is what it is!
More recently, white people have referred to the Eurobodalla as the Nature Coast - for that also is what it is! - either way, the underlying reality of pristine beauty remains the same.
